Pioneers(lt to rt) Harry Shironaka, 87 year old captain of the Kids and Kubs softball team in Florida. Harry competed with Joe and Dom DiMaggio while playing with the Walnut Grove Nisei Team. Pete Mitsui was the founder of the San Fernando Aces. The Aces have been organized for four generations. George Matsuura was an all-star with the L.A. Nippon and then played professional ball for the Nagoya team in Japan in 1936. Shig Tokumoto was the ace pitcher for the Alameda-Kono All-Stars in 1937. They traveled to Japan, Korea and Manchuria China. Kenichi Zenimura was the Dean of the Diamond and father of Japanese American Baseball in California
